Expo sponsorship provides a major opportunity to market your business to thousands of chamber members, in the months leading up to the show as well as enhanced exposure at the event. – Sponsorship Fee: $10,000 (Multi-year option available with a starting investment of $8,000)

  • Sponsorship exclusivity with first opportunity to choose location
  • Two (2) 10’ x 10’ “premier” exhibit booths (value: $1,100 w/electrical)
  • Two (2) 3’ x 5’ display banners (provided by sponsor)
  • Name and/or logo recognition as presenting sponsor in prominent location on event flyer/direct-mail piece,
  • Business EXPO website, pre/post event promotional emails
  • Name/Logo recognition in TV/radio advertising
  • Your logo listed as Presenting Sponsor on EXPO map distributed to EXPO attendees
  • Logo recognition on “Friends & Sponsors” scrolling banner for one month on Chamber website home page
  • Opportunity to make remarks during EXPO coverage on news stations
  • Twenty (20) tickets for Business After Hours & EXPO 2016
  • Address List of EXPO attendees & vendors
  • Opportunity to pass out sales material at registration
  • Opportunity to make remarks/pass out prize packs during EXPO
  • Customizable social media strategy including; logo recognition in Facebook (FB) event, acknowledgement in FB album, and weekly retweets of Title Sponsor, monthly FB posts on Title Sponsor until the EXPO has concluded.

  • Networking zone will be branded with two pop-up banners (provided by sponsor)
  • Opportunity for company to distribute materials to tables in zone
  • Your company name listed as BAH Sponsor on EXPO website
  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth in a “premier” location (value: $550 w/electrical)
  • Your company name listed as BAH Sponsor on EXPO map distributed to EXPO attendees Ten
  • (15) tickets for Business After Hours & EXPO 2016
  • Address List of EXPO attendees & vendors
  • One Photo profile on Facebook page (photos of your booth and staff with copy in the week following the event)

  • Aisle will be referred to as “company” aisle in verbal and printed references
  • Your company name listed as Aisle Sponsor on EXPO website
  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth in a “premier” location (value: $550 w/electrical)
  • Your company name listed as Aisle Sponsor on EXPO map distributed to EXPO attendees Ten
  • (15) tickets for Business After Hours & EXPO 2016
  • Address List of EXPO attendees & vendors
  • One Photo profile on Facebook page (photos of your booth and staff with copy in the week following the event)

 

– Sponsorship Fee: In-Kind

  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth in a “premier” location (value: $550 w/electrical)
  • (15) tickets for Business After Hours & EXPO 2016
  • Your company name listed as Print Sponsor on EXPO website
  • Print Sponsor to provide complimentary color printing/copying of all printed materials including but not limited to postcards, posters, and programs
  • Credit as the “Official Printer for the Business-to-Business EXPO” on all color printed materials
